MONOPOLY GO‪!‬ 9+

This game is wonderful, it’s not like other games you get where they throw a bunch of time obstacles at you and make you wait to recharge because it’s constantly giving you more dice with all the events and the daily challenges and the 8hr regenerative free gift. my problem lies within the stickers, the community chest, the color wheel, and the jackpot boost. Whenever I am using a multiplier and land on a community chest tile, it doesn’t multiply it. this feels unfair and a waste of 5, 10, whatever amount of dice I used. I am not sure how exactly the game decides to give me a color wheel, but it takes 3 of my hotels, which are 15 upgrades, and have costed me millions, and then I only get a sticker pack with stickers I already have from it. That is throwing away so much of the money I earned, especially considering the duplicate sticker box takes a minimum of 250 duplicates to open. As for the jackpot boost, I have earned millions in it and can only claim it by landing on free parking. I was hoping that it would give me the jackpot if the time ran out considering I can’t make my dice roll to ensure I land on free parking to claim it, but no. If the timer runs out on the jackpot boost it throws away all the money accumulated in it. I am still a fairly early player, I am only on board 11, but this is so infuriating to me because as I progress it seems like it’s more difficult to make and keep the money that I earn.

I've been playing the game for over a year and it's so fun that I haven't missed one day. I love the challenge of trying to collect all of the stickers in the sets to complete the albums to win at least 10K dice. The mini games (partner events, digging events, and Peg-E) and tournaments are very fun and competitive too. My only reason for 2/5 stars is the customer service. I was anticipating my dice birthday gift, but Monopoly Go stopped gifting dice for birthdays before my birthday (March 29th). Monopoly Go replaced the birthday dice offer with Monopoliversary (you receive a gift on the anniversary that you created your Monopoly Go account). I created my account on May 4th of 2023 and I did not receive my Monopoliversary dice. I contacted customer service multiple times between May 4th and today (May 6th), the responses have been subpar to nonexistent, and I still haven't received my anniversary gift that customer service said I would receive. Don't tell your customer they'll receive something if you don't intend on giving it to them.

Edit: I eventually received the 500 anniversary dice after submitting what seemed like my 30th ticket to customer service. Changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars since 5-star stars are very hard to get lol. Also, the game seems like it’s rigged, and the rolls appear to be predetermined.
